I forgot to mention. I went to a listing appointment last week and realized I had met with the sellers four years ago but the market was down and they couldn't get what they needed to sell. However, when I first signed up for your wonderful eNewsletter, I put them on the mailing list. Now that the market has turned around, I was thinking about calling them. But then, out of the blue, they called me! I apologized for not keeping in touch and told them I'd been meaning to call. The wife looked at me with a perplexed look on her face and said, "But you do keep in touch. We get your newsletter every month."
